At ArtisiDigital, we sell digital products that are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, physical returns are not possible.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • The digital product was not delivered due to a technical issue caused by us.

  • The license key or digital access provided is invalid at the time of delivery.

  • The product delivered is materially different from the description on the product page.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Incompatibility with the customer’s system or device.

  • Incorrect use of the product.

  • Failure to review product details before purchasing.

Refund Requests

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase by contacting us via email. Please include your order number and a description of the issue.
